Excellent Stay at Hotel Cliffton!” I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Cliffton. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing environment. I was also impressed by the quality of the food—delicious and well-prepared. The hotel’s location near Jogeshwari station is convenient for getting around Mumbai. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Location was very prime in Jogeshwari with ample parking space. Even though we reached bit late food was served, quality and variety was good. Deluxe room was booked for 3, after entering we request if little bigger room is available and immediately complimentary conversion to executive was done. Thank you for all... Clifton management team.

The hotel is decent to stay with family. the rooms are well kept and clean. Food is good and the buffet spread is also decent. The only area they need to work on is their service time. Room check in took us nearly 30 mins with the reception offering us tea and coffee... housekeeping also took nearly 30 mins to get extra towels and the extra bed. Apparently, they had a large number of guests that day. This episode apart, the service was good and the room was comfortable. Decent amount of parking space. The approach to the hotel is a bit dodgy and there is a mosque nearby and the noise from there can be irritating at times.

the hotel rooms were nice but a few facilities (promised in the description) were missing like slippers, hair dryer, functioning in-room refrigerator etc. Additionally and MOST IMPORTANT, the staff has zero sense of hospitality. There was no bell boy and no help from the hotel whatsoever. We received a parcel and requested the hotel to deliver it to our room, but the hotel staff was very rude about it.

Had to wait for an hour for check in as their room was not ready and when they gave the room it had bad smell in it so again had to wait so that they can clean up again, rooms are too small for the price food is not good and rooms are not sound proof so you will hear horn and train noise all the time would not recommend any one

Hotel Clifton though 4 star property, but food and locality were literally poor. I had booked MAP plan for my stay, but dinner was totally disappointed. It was buffefood but with 2 main course dish.. Really terrible

The location of hotel cliff-ton was truly one of its biggest highlights. Its proximity to both be c and t1 airport made my travels incredibly convenient, saving me a lot of time and hassle. My room was neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day. While the breakfast and dinner menus were somewhat limited, the food itself was quite tasty.

Worst hotel. It started and finished in 5 steps and unclean beds. I do not recommend. I am really upset that mm t is recommending such hotels

Extremely bad experience. Untidy room with old dilapidated bed sheet. Defective AC and air freshener. Unruly guest playing music late night and disturbing others. At best it should be a 2 star motel.
